Pure are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to work a temporary assignment, for a company based in Felixstowe. Reporting to the Finance Team Leader, you will assist in the processing of purchase invoices and query resolution ensuring that our suppliers are paid in a timely fashion.
• Invoice processing - ensuring that invoices are appropriately approved and are matched to associated purchase order and delivery note.
• Query resolution - where invoices do not match the purchase order, liaising with supplier and buying department to resolve the issue.
• Processing expenses
