Clyde Munro Dental Group are recruiting a Commercial Analyst to join their Head Office team in Glasgow City Centre. Clyde Munro Dental Group was established in 2015 with just 7 dental practices, now running 21 practices and, through acquisition, rapidly expanding their portfolio of dental practices. As a Commercial Analyst, you will be a vital component within the team. Reporting into the Head of Operational Finance, you will support the operational finance team by helping to provide in-depth and wide ranging financial and commercial analysis both routine and project based including financial modelling. The key focus of the role will be two-fold: Co-ordinate and control the preparation, processing, payment and reporting of licence fees for Clyde Munro Group's rapidly expanding team of sub-contracted Dental Clinicians (Associates, Hygienists and Therapists), including collaboration on automation of these processes, through systems development Undertaking varied financial analysis to inform assessment by senior management of practice financial performance and new operational opportunities. You will also explore continuous improvements in systems and processes as well as developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Finance and Operations teams. About you: Degree qualified with experience working in a commercial finance role Excellent Excel skills essential, with the ability to work with existing models Strong analytical skills, and a quick mind, with proven ability to "find the difference" Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident ability to communicate results of analysis under challenge Able to work well under pressure and manage rapidly changing priorities Enjoy making sense of complex data and interpreting key trends The provision of support services to our clinicians requires excellent customer service skills Do you think you have what it takes to join Clyde Munro?
