EMEA Senior Credit Controller (maternity contract) City of London £32,000 - £34,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large international FTSE 250 company based in Central London, working within a dynamic and driven team. Reporting into the EMEA Credit Manager, this role is a maternity cover. Your duties will include: Taking full ownership and responsibility for a portfolio of high value key customers Managing the full credit cycle, including payment plans, stop supplies, dispute management and ensuring customer accounts are reconciled Ensuring activities are targeted at maximising cash collection and reducing overdue debt Working with cross functions and key account managers within the business to ensure invoice disputes are proactively recorded and resolved in a timely manner Providing team and business with direct contact point for key customers Ensuring regular meetings are diarised and performed with key account managers and cross functions to review debtors and disputes, keeping parties informed of initiatives, issues, as well as progress -Providing insight and recommendations for customers within debtor portfolio, to support the credit assessment process Actively participate in regular team meetings, providing examples, suggestions and general insight to rest of the team Offering continuous support to more junior staff within the team Experience required: Proven experience of working with high value key accounts within a corporate credit control environment EMEA credit control experience Strong IT skills Excellent ability to set priorities Excellent communication skills Energetic approach with a passion for delivering results If you are interested in this vacancy please contact CWC Recruitment Ltd.
