Adecco Sunderland has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company who is experiencing a period of expansion and is therefore looking for an HP Lending Completion Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis based in Chester le Street. My client offers a competitive salary of £16,000 to £18,000 depending on experience bonus. To professionally manage all aspects of the packaging process to complete a deal for payment. Providing a prompt, efficient and professional service to internal and external customer at all times. Working in a team orientated environment assisting colleagues in achieving team and business objectives to challenging deadlines. Key

Responsibilities:

• Accurate completion of all final packaging for customer deals before sign off and payout.
• Final accuracy checks of all customer's proofs and lending files.
• Completion of customer Validation calls.
• SARMS requests verified and complete for same day funded deals.
• File loads completed for same day funded deals completed error free.
• Insurance checks updated to customer's files.
• Protect the company from Fraud in promptly identifying fraudulent activity.
• Protect the company from over-exposure, assessing potential risks and referring accurately to relevant colleagues if required.
• Communicate with the broker network effectively via telephone and electronically, responding to inquiries in and efficient and professional manner, building strong relationships.
• Communicating with customers/Brokers to resolve any queries or issues with the application. The Ideal Candidate will have: Exceptional written and oral communication skills; Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages; The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, prioritize tasks and work under pressure; Excellent organizational and time management skills; The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely; Excellent interpersonal skills; The ability to work on your own initiative; Honesty and reliability; Attention to detail; Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines; Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
