We are looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Assistant/ Office Manager. The ideal candidate must have the following experience: Maintaining bookkeeping records Credit Control Input Purchase invoices Deal with client queries Office Management Other Ad-hoc tasks including admin, filing and banking You must have advanced knowledge of Excel Normal working hours are 9.30-18.30 however on occasions you might be asked to work later in the evening if needed. We are looking for someone who is interested in working in a well-established and growing business to further their own experience. The office is placed in the heart of Pimlico as well as the restaurant, where you will need to go from time to time to pick up invoices and other documents. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience and an ability to work on their own, accurately and efficiently, as you will be expected to complete tasks without being chased by management. You must be a self-starter and able to work on your own initiative. We will need references, should you be successful in the interview, which will be checked. Please apply with CV.
