Commercial Finance Manager Exciting Lifestyle Brand We are currently recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager for an exciting Lifestyle brand based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business which is involved in the provision of cutting edge business services, sourcing and supplying high quality interior design products to both the trade and retail market. This is a nationwide lifestyle brand with the head office based in Leeds, a warehouse facility in North Yorkshire and 2 stores based in London. With ambitions to increase the number of retail outlets across the UK and create one of the leading retail e-commerce sites this really is a great time to join this business. As Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial performance, reporting to the company Directors. You will have full responsibility for the company trial balance as well as ensuring all commercial decisions taken within the business are fully supported from a financial perspective. Responsibilities include: Providing weekly reports on revenue and gross profit margin by product Producing monthly management accounts with annotations and recommendations Monthly payroll Producing accurate monthly management accounts and other financial reports in a timely manner Working with team managers to implement appropriate commission schemes Authorising and escalating supplier queries Cash management and forecasting Management of Finance Assistant Requirements/ Key skills: Previous accounting experience, ideally within a fast moving environment People management skills Excellent Communication skills Negotiation skills - able to negotiate effectively with suppliers Motivation and drive to meet tight deadlines A keen eye for detail The ability to work well under pressure Excellent organisational skills The ability to work alone Good problem solving skills with the ability to adapt and react quickly in an ever changing environment Due to the volume of applicants if we have not contacted you within 14 days you may not have been successful for this position but please feel free to give us a call to discuss similar roles.
