Audit Senior, Slough £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits Our client, a well-established Accountancy firm with modern offices on the outskirts of Slough, are looking to add a bright and enthusiastic Audit Senior to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join this medium sized firm and continue to develop both professionally and personally across a broad client base. Key responsibilities will include: Prepare the audit and accounts planning for corporate clients Lead on site fieldwork to ensure delivery of a high quality product for the Managers to review Prepare UK corporation tax returns Prepare statutory financial statements Liaise with clients to resolve queries and obtain further information Work closely with the Managers to advise on any issues Mentor junior accountant and assist with their development and on the job training Build effective relationships across the internal team and with external clients Ad hoc projects as required The successful candidate will be: ACA / ACCA Qualified (those at finalist level will be considered) Demonstrable experience within audit and accounts Proven experience of supervising / managing junior team members Commercial awareness of key business drivers Flexibility to work on different assignments at any one time Strong relationship building skills Sound technical competency
