Alexander Lloyd are currently supporting a Private Equity backed business in Reading (but with global operations) who is looking to appoint a Group FP&A Manager to their Group Finance function. This role will be of a permanent nature, with the occasional travel to London. Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner/Commercial Finance Director, your duties will include;
• Detailed analysis that drives a deeper level of understanding of the key drivers of financial performance
• Responsible for the preparation and review of key month end, forecasting and budget schedules
• To be able to challenge business assumptions in forecasting and planning by using analysis and past performance as validation methods
• Work closely with stakeholders to set stretching but realistic targets based on a good understanding of the area and identifying areas of opportunity
• Ensuring budget is effectively managed and ongoing effectiveness is monitored on a regular basis to ensure efficiency of spend We are looking for a strong Financial Planning Analyst/ Finance Business Partner who is fully qualified with around 1-3 years post qualified experience. ACA, ACCA or CIMA will all be considered, but experience in a large corporate/blue chip business ideal. Salary on offer £65,000-£70,000 plus bonus and benefits
