Global Head of Payroll - Advertising & Media - £75,000 - Permanent - Central London

Your new role
You will be the key strategy maker for the companies BAU payroll operations. Leading a small team, covering the UK, EMEA and APAC regions, you will be delivering timely and successful projects, in relation to implementation, process change and the setting up of internal processes. You will set bringing new regions on to the payroll, and will also be heavily involved in vendor management.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be selected for interview, you will have a strong technical understanding of all things relating to payroll processing and management. You will have strong management skills and experience and have experience working with benefits. Any understanding of change management in relation to process improvement or implementation would be advantageous.
