Financial Analyst - Graduate or Part Qual in London, United Kingdom
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Finance graduate to join our Information Technology Team supporting our Plan, Procure and Pay (PPP) function. PPP are responsible for Purchase Order Processing and Goods Receipting for all UK & US Information Technology goods and services.
Managing the day to day activity for Purchase requisitioning through the central inbox
Purchase Order creation including coding of all BAU and Project related Purchase Orders
Goods receipting all goods and services
Also dealing with late invoice payment issues, interface issues and any other adhoc requests
Maintain store of all Statement of Works and Work Orders.
Proactive monitoring of all contract renewals
Maintaining PPP trackers

Qualifications, skills and attributes:
Finance degree and/or part qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
Highly analytical, attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Experience of working in a procurement/purchasing department is desireable
Excellent financial, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as a high level of personal motivation to achieve.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
Experience with Google docs is preferred
