Permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk Based in Congleton £19k-£22k DOE
Your new company
Your new company are a market leader within their industry, based in Congleton and are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role will involve the full end to end process of the purchase ledger function and you will be solely responsible for running it effectively and efficiently.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Managing the processing of a high volume of invoices (c.1500 per week)
- Match, batch and coding
- Handling large values of invoices
- Complex invoicing
- Payment runs
- Handling account queries
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience in a Purchase Ledger function and have the ability to hit the ground running following in house system training. You will have experience using Sage. You will have handled complex invoicing in the past have and have the intuition to problem solve on your own initiative. You will have a positive can do attitude and the ability to work well within a small team.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £19,000-£22,000, working hours of 830-430 Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch. 31 days holiday including bank holidays, onsite parking and a fantastic working environment.
