Your new role
Your new role involves calculating, recording and paying all financial adjustments relating to failed payments, VAT, WHT, commission and membership fees. The key responsibilities consist of liaising with financial institutions regarding payment and other banking issues. Additional responsibilities include reconciling purchase ledger statements as well as processing and pay purchasing invoices. The processes include code and input petty cash payments, distributing the monthly staff expense statements and electronically distributing purchase ledger invoices to the relevant budget holder for coding and authorisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an Educated to A-level standard or equivalent with varying degrees of accounting knowledge. Upholding well developed interpersonal and communication skills and being highly computer literate - proficient in Excel are integral for this job role. Likewise, being a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude are key attributes for this role. Desirable requirements include having previous experience of royalty accounting advantageous.
