Treasury Manager role in London focusing on treasury operations and the centralisation of treasury

Your new company
This multinational with a turnover of circa £3 billion, is looking for a Head of Treasury / Treasury Manager to further develop the treasury function for the group. Currently the group is decentralised, and they are looking to centralise some of the treasury activities across its 60 subsidiaries.

Your new role
As head of treasury / Treasury Manager you will be responsible for all treasury activities of the group across operations, commercial and strategy. The key focus of this role will be developing the treasury function within this business, working on projects from systems to cash management. Responsibilities will include; developing the treasury policy framework; managing the groups working capital; managing funds across the group; increasing transparency of cash across the group; liquidity management; maintaining banking relationships; managing bank guarantees; managing and developing the group cash pool; interest rate and FX management; and supporting with various systems projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need prior experience in a corporate treasury role, where you have been involved in process improvements across treasury operations. The company is going through a period of change and as such you will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, energetic environment. You will need to have strong excel skills and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
