This company are growing via acquisition on a global scale, making this an excellent time to join. You will get excellent exposure to working with senior stakeholders, the PE investors and will play a key part in working towards a successful PE exit. The Role: You will be reporting directly to the Group Finance Director and working closely with the CFO and the senior team, having direct PE exposure. You will take ownership of the 5-year business plan, will be tasked with creating a Data Room and will be responsible for improving KPI reporting. Additionally, you will be required to create dashboards to present management information. You will also manage acquisitions and will be required to establish an M&A pipeline. The

Responsibilities:
Building and owning a dynamic bank leverage model Covenant tracking and reporting Bank reporting Senior Finance Agreement compliance Treasury - Group cash management, forecasting process cash and NWC KPI reporting Support on refinancing analysis Design an ownership of the 5-year business plan KPIs and dashboard analytics Support on key acquisitions M&A pipeline Build Data Room and support on DD Key Requirements: Proven (relevant) experience working in a PE-backed company M&A experience Qualified Accountant - (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong Excel modelling skills are essential Experience using Tableau desirable Strong analytical and communication skills
