Finance Analyst £42,000-£45,000 Milton Keynes Macildowie are delighted to be partnering a great organisation in Milton Keynes to recruit a Finance Analyst to work with the commercial finance team and finance business partner with non-finance stakeholders to support decision making. In this role you will have the opportunity to work for an innovative organisation to drive profitable business decisions through turning data into meaningful insight and action, you will be able to work with a team to deliver and track the business benefits. Utilising strategic analytical tools you will drive better quality business insight which enables the business to make quicker, more effective decisions.Whilst you will be part of a bigger finance team that will support you and offer you progression; if you can use your initiative to identify potential opportunities and provide high quality analysis; your skills will be appreciated and help you be successful. In this role you will have the opportunity to roll out training to the wider finance teams and attend meetings to stay updated yourself and add your insight and analysis across the business and share any additional lessons learned to drive forward best practice.
