Sheridan Maine is recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant for a global Business Services organisation based in Penrith. The Role This role will report into the Finance Controller and ensure the delivery of financial information and advice to various budget holders to support effective management control and decision making. Other duties and responsibilities - Assist in the production of the monthly management accounts - Effectively handle all queries from key budget holders, and proactively help them to manage costs in their areas of the business - To assist the Financial Controller and the Senior Management Accountant in operating and improving internal controls within the finance function - To reconcile in a timely manner balance sheet codes used in the Management Accounting function. - To analyse the financial data with desired level of accuracy and attention to detail.
