New Purchase Ledger / Finance Assistant role available in King's Lynn - IMMEDIATE START We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger / Finance Assistant with experience of Sage 50/200, to join a successful manufacturing organisation in King's Lynn . Our client is a well established and respected organisation. They have a close-knit team who work well under pressure; they are hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic, so they are looking for someone who can fit with the ethos of the company and will be committed to ensuring the success of the business continues. Our client is offering a competitive salary and generous annual leave allowance - and they even shut up shop for Christmas Key responsibilities as the Purchase Ledger / Finance Assistant will include: Processing all supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy with the nominal codes Weekly / monthly supplier / subcontractor payment runs Ensuring all supplier queries are resolved in a timely manner Reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis Maintaining supplier accounts Processing weekly expenses Plus more What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger / Finance Assistant Experience of Sage 50/200 Experience in Sales Ledger would be beneficial Numerical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Available immediately Team player Proactive nature Organised, methodical and meticulous Interested?
