Experienced Financial Accountant required to work within a busy manufacturing organisation based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. This is a full time, permanent position for a qualified, or soon to be qualified Accountant to join a multi million pound european organisation that are growing from strength to strength. You will be responsible for the whole UK financial department, supervising two junior Accountants and reporting the the UK Director. Financial Accountant Position Overview Your main duties, as the Senior Accountant will include:- Month end journals Cost Accounting Manage cash flow and forecasting Bank statement reconciliations VAT reporting Credit control including chasing payments Preparation of trading reports Preparation of monthly financial statements Preparation of year end data for external accountants Fixed Asset register Nominal account reconciliations (accruals, prepayments, control accounts) Overseeing the management of customer account details and credit limits.
