I am working with a business wo value service and quality not only across the UK but also have a presence on an international basis. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and take ownership of the finance team, working very closely with the Managing Director, and support non-finance teams. To support this role, you will need a strong background in management accounts, be someone who is not afraid to roll up your sleeve and support other areas of the business. Key areas will include; Management of the accounts to trial balance Day to day invoice management Oversee creditors and debt management Support month and year-end reporting Capital expenditure Payroll Accruals and prepayments Salaries Pensions Assist and liaise with Managing Director re Budget and Forecasts You will work with the Operations Manager and small finance team to meet deadlines, offer ideas to increase revenue and be someone who can support and adapt to change, come forward with ways to improve and streamline processes. You will be a team player, someone who can work within multiple teams and disciplines. A varied role, and one which offers you daily opportunities to continue learning and develop.
