With an open book budget of c. £35 million, you'll lead a small team of 5 to deliver the provision of financial information. Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £54,000 per annum (dependent on experience). In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day: Carry out weekly costings, monthly accounts, forecasting, budgets and KPI management Provide variance analysis with adequate commentary to support operational management in the interpretation of results Balance sheet reconciliations along with weekly and monthly customer reporting requirements Monthly and weekly KPI reporting on cost vs. budget What you need to succeed at XPO: Proven experience in a finance management role within logistics, and ideally, on an open book contract Exposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customers Ideally, fully CIMA/ACCA qualified Be part of something big.
