The Role This Bristol-based Assistant Management Accountant is reporting directly into the Finance Manager - responsible for: Daily posting and reconciliation of bank accounts - including petty cash account Making payments to suppliers Maintaining the Purchase and Sales Ledgers, including reconciling receipts and payments, aged debt analysis and chasing debts Raising debtor invoices, and communicating with team regarding weekly/monthly settlements Preparation of monthly management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations Assisting the management accountant with the production of the monthly management accounts: Cost/variance analysis Accruals and prepayments Preparation and posting of journals Preparation of some Management Accounts Pack information.
