CMA Recruitment Group are working with a business based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the role will involve; Entering purchase invoices onto the system; Overseeing a team of 2 purchase ledger clerks; Managing the invoice authorisation process; Conducting weekly payment runs; Dealing with all supplier invoice queries; Reviewing supplier statements; Raising purchase orders; Any ad hoc tasks as requested by the manager. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to work well under pressure. The client is looking for someone with a strong background in purchase ledger and comfortable supervising a small team.
