We are exclusively mandated to assist in the recruitment of a CFO for this central London based property and construction business. Whilst not being a new entrant to the market, its award winning products are seen as cutting edge in the market. The business operates across the UK and has a significant expansion plan and is backed by strong institutional investment. We are looking for an experienced and strong CFO from the property and construction sector to head up the finance function. The role carries the usual management and reporting responsibility , but importantly the role will focus on expansion and growth. This will include land buying, cash management, management of the relationship with the investors, eventually leading to an IPO in 5-7 years.
