An industry leading, passionate and ethical tech company are looking to recruit a fantastic Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team in Central London. As the Finance Business Partner, you will be focused on supporting the continued growth of the company in this group level role by providing analysis and insights that support and aid in making key commercial decisions. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will sit within a small, driven and friendly Finance team, allowing you to work closely with key senior stakeholders and drive efficiencies and cost savings. You will have an influence on M&A activity & projects and will be a key contact point for budget holders. Responsibilities - Working closely with budget holders and wider teams to provide accurate budgets and forecasts. - Partnering with senior stakeholders to support key commercial/financial decisions and set strategy. - Understanding key processes around any potential M&A activity and providing insights on these to the senior leadership team. - Conducting monthly review meetings with budget holders and being a key point of contact for them to support capital and investment proposals as well as commercial decisions. - Building and presenting complex financial models and presenting this to key stakeholders. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with decisions makers, whilst providing amazing financial support. - Challenging managers to ensure all concepts and ideas are fully considered before launch. - Challenge processes and ways of working to ensure that efficiencies and cost savings are made wherever possible. About You You are a confident, commercially focused and highly analytical with a proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders up to Board level. Experience of acting in an advisory role on crucial commercial decisions, you are a self-starter and are happiest in a business facing role. As the Finance Business Partner you have: - A CIMA (or equivalent) qualification with experience working within a fast-paced tech organisation. - In-depth experience of creating and analysing complex financial models that assess company performance. - Demonstrable experience analysing and understanding financial processes within a tech-oriented start-up/high growth organisation. - Experience performing budgeting and forecasting processes. - A commercially focused mind and the ability to business partner with key stakeholders, supporting in making commercial decisions. - Fantastic communication skills with the ability to present data and financial plans. - A bonus for this role would be exposure to a PE/Private Equity environment where growth is key.
