Anderson Knight are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a food & drink manufacturer based in the Lanarkshire area. You will be a part of a finance department that manages a business with a turnover of around £50million. Our client is a market leader and expert in their field. The main purpose of the role is to provide key financial support to operational directors and stakeholders across the business as well as providing relevant analysis on processes and procedures. The main responsibilities the Finance Business Partner position entails are: Provide business partnering support to the wider business including operations and stakeholders Analyse and review monthly financial results Review processes within the business and advise any improvements that can be made Prepare monthly budgets and quarterly forecasts Various ad-hoc duties & additional support for the wider business when required The ideal candidate will possess the following: Fully Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet tight financial deadlines Excellent problem solving skills Sound knowledge of excel including pivot tables In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a benefit scheme that includes a 10% bonus.
