Salary:
£28,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join our team in Manchester who will work closely with teams across the business. The successful candidate will: Have previous experience working within the financial services sector Knowledge of Prince 2 Methodologies and the Full Project Life cycle Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing Have Knowledge of Intelligent office. This is would be advantageous but not essential The role will involve: Providing BA support across the Advice, Central Services and Operations side of our business Liaising with key business users to understand and improve current business processes Using Business Analysis techniques and methodologies to understand and document requirements Using formal project and change management techniques to implement system upgrades and implementations Improving processes by pro actively reviewing and recommending changes to drive efficiency and exceptional client service Regularly meeting with business representatives to understand and evaluate the use of Information Technology. Working closely with senior management, project sponsors and the Project Co-ordinator to help deliver projects on time and within budget. Making improvements to the information systems, data management and processes to ensure the organisation operates effectively. As importantly we offer the following: Basic holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays (this increases with service and you can also buy extra days in our holiday purchase scheme) Contributory Pension Scheme Participation in the Company's Flexible Benefits Scheme.
