London Type: Permanent, full-time Job Ref: MS16061 Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a German speaking Accounts Payable Specialist - Accounts Payable accountant for a global Services provider based in Central London. Using your German language Skills, you will be responsible for organising payments to suppliers and contractors across the DACH region as well as liaising with sister offices and suppliers on A/P matters. You are an organised and proactive team-player with previous experience in Accounts Payable and looking to work for a growing multilingual company, then don't miss out - apply now German speaking Accounts Payable Specialist - Main Duties: Organising and processing high volumes of payments to suppliers and contractors working across the DACH region Dealing with expenses, invoices from suppliers and contractors Responsible for communicating with the company's regional offices to resolve Accounting related issues and queries Managing various accounts and maintaining the online database and records of suppliers Making payments and bank transfers, using your knowledge of calculating currency conversions Updating the Accounts Payable Ledger German speaking Accounts Payable Specialist - Requirements: Native-level German with fluent English, both written and verbal Ideally educated to degree level or a similar qualification within Accounting/Finance, Strong numeracy skills Solid experience working in an Accounts Payable role is required for this role Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, accounting software is desirable but not essential Working in a fast-paced Services environment to tight deadlines and prioritising tasks High level of organisation and attention to detail Thank you for applying to Language Recruitment Services, the Language Recruitment Specialist with over 30 Years' Experience in multilingual recruitment.
