Our client a fast growing international sports marketing and media group based near to Holborn, has an exciting opening for a FP&A Analyst to join their team. The role is challenging and interesting as the person will lead the reporting and analysis for the EMEA offices. They will be charged with improving management information and analysis, leading the reporting schedule, supporting the budgeting and forecasting, providing guidance to opcos on new business analysis and supporting the group on certain due diligence work, and the integration of business acquisitions. Core Duties Detailed forecasting of contracted revenues over short and medium term. Assist with budget and forecast preparation and monthly cash flow forecasting. Accurate and timely submission of financial analysis, presented in a clear and consistent manner to both finance and non-finance divisions. Profitability and margin analysis of multiple business units operating in different business sectors. Client performance analysis summarising key client earnings and trends over time. Assist in evaluating and supporting plans for new opportunities across the business. Preparation of financial analysis regarding potential new business resources and hires. Perform ad-hoc analyses at multiple levels of complexity including revenue analysis, cost analysis and financial and expense performance comparisons. Competitor and market analysis, making use of all available sources of data and information. Oversee management reporting packs and variance analysis. Assist the due diligence process for acquisitions and investments, performing financial analysis and asset valuation studies. Tracking and analysis of contractual deal terms including achievement of targets, earn-outs and bonuses. Ad-hoc projects as determined by SVP Finance & Accounting EMEA. Work collaboratively with the FP&A teams in the US and deputise for the SVP Finance & Accounting EMEA. Ideally you will have a Minimum of 3 years FP&A experience gained within a previous marketing / creative / lifestyle agency with M&A deal process experience and a strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flows, trend analysis, margin analysis and financial modelling.
