Croydon Duration: Maternity Cover - 6 Month FTC Our client has a maternity cover contract available for a Customer Communication Coordinator to join the team here at the Pension Protection Fund for a 6 month fixed term contract. In this role you will be required to manage and prioritise of workflow requests, ensuring deadlines are met, for all communication templates and booklets used by the Member Services teams. You will also be required to manage all changes to system generated templates and booklets that arise from legislative changes, policy and process changes and issues. Manage the incoming work stream of change requests, identifying and prioritising worthwhile changes and ensuring that the wider impact of changes are considered before testing and issuing. Additionally, you will be assisting with the Performance Improvement Team with various queries and ad-hoc letter approvals before issuing. Their ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience of DB pension schemes along with experience of writing a variety of communications to external stakeholders and maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
