Accounts Assistant - Permanent - up to £30,000 per annum benefits - Leading Technology Organisation - Milton Keynes Our client is a leading Technology organisation based in Milton Keynes who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, candidates with experience of billing and accounts receivable accounts are highly desirable. Key Job Description Accountable for the Order to Cash processes with a strong focus on Revenue Assurance. You will be working across the business to ensure all orders are billing on time and with accuracy, driving quality and improving the time from order to cash. To ensure the smooth running of the daily activities are carried out in which the Order to Cash team must continually improve the process chains of the Working Capital Cycle, reducing the average DSO. Day-to-day responsibility of our Service Agreement with their Near-Shore Partner(s), to deliver gold service quality transactional processing and reporting to meet the businesses strategic positioning. You will also be accountable for supporting small to medium projects in line with change programme to deliver best practice process and systems under Working Capital Management area of responsibility. The key interfaces to customer relationship engagement for Working Capital in co-operation with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Controlling and Delivery. Ideal skills required for this role: Working in an Accounts environment and have a passion for accountancy Ideally have previous billing and accounts receivable functions experience Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to collate information and compile reports Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Keen problem solver with the ability to think outside the box Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment Good team player and the ability to work autonomously Intermediate competency of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Outlook and Word Please apply without delay as there is a deadline with this role.
