Role profile: To effectively manage different aspects of a busy accounts team Post invoices / credits to the purchase ledger Liaise with departments to resolve any queries between purchase order, delivery note and invoice Reconcile supplier statements to ledger Credit control Ad hoc tasks Person profile: Excellent time management and able to work under pressure and to deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively Keen eye for detail and accuracy Essential criteria: Experience with an accounting package essential Accounting technical knowledge Double entry accounting and journals experience Able to work to deadlines Desired criteria: SAP experience Due to the number of responses generated we are unable to get back to every applicant.
