My client is a leading personal lines insurance firm based in Stevenage who are looking to bolster their compliance team. The main purpose of the role is to monitor and manage the Compliance framework, through working closely with the business and interacting with many stakeholders across the business. This role is the manager role for the Operational risk and Compliance function, as well as acting as the Compliance Business Partner for the Executive Directors, NEDs and the Board. You will have strong personal lines insurance experience and compliance experience. You must be able to commute to Stevenage.
