Investigo are supporting a business based in Reading with a Purchase Ledger Clerk position. The Ledger Clerk role will have responsibilities for completion of all purchase ledger and bank entries. Purchase Ledger

responsibilities:
Receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment. Verify calculations and input codes in to the accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics) in an accurate manner, including verification of VAT computation. Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all supplier accounts are settled within agreed terms using electronic banking where appropriate. Respond to supplier queries in a timely manner. Approve employee expenses within Microsoft Dynamics. Bank

responsibilities:
Process all bank receipts and payments across multiple currency accounts. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts. This is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as may be reasonably required will form part of this job description. There may, for example, be some cover required for on the Sales Ledger side as per below: Sales Ledger

responsibilities:
