We are currently recruiting an energetic accomplished Technical Compliance Manager to implement and manage both Hard & Soft Services PPM service teams delivering technical compliance within a military environment. You should have ME experience working on complex building services. You will be undertaking the role of the Deputy Responsibility Person and AP Electrical, preparing and implementing action plans for identified items arising from AE audits / inspections. This is a new role, where you will be managing a small team who are responsible for the CAFM system and Technical Library. Ultimately, you will have experience in the technical compliance and self-audit of Hard & Soft Services PPM with a holistic view. Additionally, you will be responsible for all technical reports arising from PPM, ensuring statutory and technical inspections are reviewed, and resultant actions are recorded in the CAFM system for resolution to include converting historic technical reports on to the electronic system. You will be undertaking the role of Deputy Responsible person and AP Electrical. (AP Electrical training available on site). Ideally, you will have experience of electrical distribution, private networks up to 11KV and associated large standby generators and UPS systems, BMS and complex fire and security systems, large air conditioning plant and compliant with Safe systems at work (JSP 375, Vol 3). Experience of working in a similar role in a MOD environment or equivalent would be ideal. This role requires Military Security Clearance, therefore it is essential that you have been a resident in the UK for 5 years with no broken attendance.
