Senior Purchase Ledger Role - 6 month fixed term contract Senior Accounts Payable Clerk Hatfield, Hertfordshire £25,000 - £30,000 Our client based in Hatfield is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable person to join its team, initially on a six month fixed term contract basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable from start to finish and you need to be available to start at short notice - Key duties include: Processing invoices Matching invoices to purchase orders Preparing payment runs Bank reconciliations Liaising with suppliers Dealing with and resolving queries Supplier statement reconciliations Closing the AP function at month end To be successful in this role you will have end to end Accounts Payable experience and happy to work in an SME environment. You should have good systems skills and ideally have used an ERP system such as SAP or Oracle or similar.
