Job Details
You will be joining a successful and a well organised finance team where you will assist with proactively chasing invoice debts to ensure payment is made swiftly.As well as being a strong team player you will also be responsible for managing your own workload and working towards team targets.A high level of customer service is required along with strong relationship building skills.

Description
The role of the credit controller will include but not limited to:
- Ensure invoice debt is collected via telephone and email
- Hold regular meetings with management to update on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate notes on the credit control database
- Dealing with account and invoices queries ensuring they resolved in a timely manner
- Establishing working relationships both internal and external
- Ensure that cash collection and debtor day targets are set and achieved
Profile
The successful candidate will the following :
- Previous experience of working within a credit control position - Essential
- Ability to build long lasting relationships - Essential

- Proactive and positive attitude - Essential
- Experience of working within a law firm - Desirable
- Account and invoice management query experience - Essential
- Manage and prioritise own workload as well as being a strong team player - Essential
- Ability to negotiate and to influence towards a positive outcome - Essential
- Strong IT and excel skills - Essential
Job Offer
