Job Details

This role is focused on the general quality assurance of one of the UKs largest housing associations. The organisation has a newly set up risk assurance function and is looking for someone with a good amount of experience to help set up the initial frameworks.

Client Details

The client is one of the country's largest housing associations with a wide variety of operational areas. This organisation has recently merged with another of the countries larger housing groups to become a major presence in the south east.

Description

  • Helping to set up and maintain the risk management function of the organisation
  • Partner with business units in developing risk management protocols
  • Helping to implement the ISO standards throughout the group
  • Travelling to sites and communicating Central information to local authorities
  • Helping to grow the risk management portfolio

Profile

  • Experience in a quality assurance environment
  • Experience within a large organisation
  • Exposure to a risk management function
  • Experience with legislation and meeting the relevant requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Business partnering experience
  • Experience within a housing association
