This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant with a strong transactional background to join a growing business. This is a newly created position following growth and you will be taking work off the Finance Director.
Client Details
This successful contractor business are looking to grow their turnover from £10mil to £15mil in the next 12 month. They work with many top end corporate companies and have a very strong client base.
Description
As the Finance Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
- Cashbook entry
- Distributing invoices to the contracts team
- Inputting invoices on to sage /allocation
- Weekly payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- CIS return
- Staff expenses
- Retentions
- Raising sales invoices
- Credit control
- Adhoc - filing/post/opening accounts
- Payments
- Issuing weekly financial reports
- VAT return
- Monitoring staff holiday
- General admin duties
Profile
To be considered for this Finance Assistant position you must have the following:
- Ideally three plus year's experience
- Degree educated preferable
