Group Performance Reporting Manager

I am currently working with a leading, global insurance services business looking to hire a performance reporting manager to join the London finance function.This is growing business with a market leading reputation and will work in a team with a number of high performing individuals.
Your new role
You will be responsible for a range of duties and responsibilities including:
- Monthly group performance reporting
- Group budgeting and re-forecasting process
- Management and financial/corporate reporting
- Partnering with senior stakeholders inc Group CFO, Head of FP&A and Head of Shared Services
- Half year and year-end audit management
- Staff management of one onshore report and offshore team
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with post qualification experience in accounting/reporting and mentoring and leadership of staff. You will need to have a strong understanding of group reporting and consolidations with management of a multi-currency finance system highly desirable.
