This is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing start-up/SME organisation as a Finance Manager in Dorking that operate in the retail and consumer space.

Your new role
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for all the day to day functions of the finance department. This is a standalone role which is to help drive and grow this business going forward. You will be responsible for management accounts and financial accounts. As Finance Manager you will need to be strategic and commercial but an all-rounder.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working as the independent Finance Manager for a SME/Start-Up. You will have proven experience working for a company where you've helped improve company turnover and grown the team. You will need to be a bit of a finance generalist in order to cover all aspects of the finance function. To be successful as the Finance Manager, you will be driven, passionate and want to be a integral part of the success of this business.
