EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - PRIVATE EQUITY Our client, a top private equity company is currently looking for a slick, polished, on the ball, articulate Executive Assistant to come in and hit the ground running. The role is to look after an MD and small team. Your duties will include full diary management for the MD and Team. Booking travel and accommodation and preparing itineraries. Helping with events from start to finish. Preparing presentations and documentations for clients. Proof reading and formatting. A high level of MS office skills are required. Handling all forms of communication and being a real gate-keeper. Processing expenses for the MD and Team. The role is very busy and demanding and requires a high level of attention. This will suit someone who is driven and strives to do their best. You will also be an excellent team player and help out when required. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. At least 3-5 years previous experience within Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Asset Management, Banking is essential. Degree would be good but not essential.
