Accounts Assistant - Motor Trade Accounts Assistant Our client is seeking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their team. You will be working for a forward thinking and repeatable car dealership who really do value their staff. To support the management accountant in the daily functions of the accounting department and ensure completion of month end in accordance with company deadlines whilst meeting internal and external demands Your key responsibilities of an accounts assistant will include: Providing and processing data, to assist the Management Accountants in meeting reporting targets and deadlines. Ensuring relevant systems and files are created and accurately maintained. Compiling relevant documentation. Completing and submitting legal documentation. Ensuring that all internal and external communications are professionally executed. Motor trade experience is advantageous Using Word, Excel and Sage Necessary requisites for this position are as follows: Previous accounts assistant experience A positive mind-set The ability to work effectively both individually and within a wider team Excellent attention to detail Good organisational and numerical skills Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

£20-23,000 dependant on experience.
