19k plus benefits Ref: 10184-4095 Our client based in Leicestershire are looking to add a Finance Support Assistant to work as part of the Finance Support team to assist the business units with day to day financial requirements in order to meet client and supplier deadlines ensuring processes are adhered to and SLA's are met. Key

Responsibilities:
Day to day tasks - payables (not an exhaustive list) Bank reconciliation and any associated queries Receive and review incoming purchase invoices, rejecting back to suppliers if incorrect Process purchase invoices Prepare weekly payment run Process delegate expenses Administration of online business credit card system including ordering new cards and handling queries Processing company credit card submissions Processing company expense submissions Run reports and provide analysis to Management as required Liaise with Business Units to provide help and support with Client queries Day to day tasks - receivables (not an exhaustive list) Ensure monthly account statements are sent to clients Raising draft bills/sales invoices for the business units Raising SOP invoices for the business Telephone and e-mail debt chasing for delegate credit card payments, including taking payments through SAGEPay Assist credit controller in allocating incoming cash Obtain remittances from Clients for payments received Run reports and provide analysis to Management as required Liaise with Business Units to provide help and support with Client queries Commission invoices- follow up call to ensure invoice is correct and credit control for older invoices General Attendance and contribution at team meetings To work with appropriate support departments - e.g. IT, HR, Travel and OpEx to ensure the effective delivery of client KPIs Ensure compliance with all company and Client policies and procedures Comply with all Client and company privacy and security protocols Achieve all Client and/or company driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all events Develop and apply a good understanding of Clients' businesses and products Assist new starters by taking on the role of 'Buddy' when required Understand, apply and promote the company's Mission, Vision and Values at all times To achieve quality and accuracy of output in line with company processes and client expectations To organise, plan and prioritise own workload to meet objectives and deadlines Work within the Company Health and Safety Policy Skills / Qualifications / Knowledge Demonstrates financial accuracy and analysis skills Demonstrates strong detail focus Accurate written and verbal communication skills A focus on accuracy, consistency and dedicated to customer service Demonstrates an understanding of relevant compliance codes, including ABPI and Pharma Guidelines Demonstrate and apply a good knowledge of the company's range of services Intermediate level Excel and Work skills Ability to work within a team as well as independently Please make sure that your full address and details are included in your application for this role.
