£18,000 - £20,000 dependant on experience Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm Annual Leave 25 days annual leave plus statutory entitlement. Working as part of the compliance team, reporting to the Compliance Manager, the main purpose of the role is to assess learners' eligibility for funding and to capture and maintain student data efficiently onto the learner record system (Cascade/Yeti).This will involve carrying out data quality checks and resolution to errors as directed. Essential Criteria
• Previous MIS/Data experience
• Experience of using MIS systems ideally Cascade/Yeti
• An understanding of the funding and audit requirements for learner eligibility
• Experience of accurate and efficient data input
• Proven experience of providing excellent customer care with the ability to maintain this during pressurised periods of work
• Ability to work in a team and establish good working relationships with others
• Ability to understand, apply and explain complex policies and procedures. The compliance team is responsible for many of the administrative processes associated with learners, including enrolment, attendance records, examinations and certification. Main Duties
• To assess learners' eligibility for funding
• To process learner related data into Cascade from source documentation
• To use and maintain effective processes for the storage of electronic and paper records in order to ensure that records are easily retrievable
• To monitor, maintain and report on learner attendance records
• Assist with the preparation of information for audit
• Process learner information and data as required in accordance with funding and audit requirements
• Participate in learner reconciliation activities
• Process amendments in line with organisation policy and audit requirements
• To carry out data quality checks, verifying the accuracy of information and resolving errors as required
• Maintain the integrity of all student data in line with GDPR at all times
• Manage and monitor your own workload and report against targets to the Compliance Manager.
