You would be involved in establishing and writing process documents, and then monitoring procedures including running inductions for new staff to ensure understanding of health and safety policies within the company and assisting with risk assessment and writing policies for on-site work. We like to be innovative in our approach and have written in-house Apps to handle for example Risk Assessments and Instant Reporting of Accidents in the workplace. Our Events Compliance Officer has responsibility for gathering documentation and taking responsibility for the planning, execution and reporting for logistical planning & organisation throughout the company. This will involve areas in Health & Safety, ISO accreditation, (9001,20121, 14001), training matrices. Working with management and staff to identify and review process & compliance within the work place including onsite audits. The overriding objectives are to ensure that the company has systems of internal control that adequately measure and manage process & compliance.
