Accounts Assistant Based: Preston

Up to 21k Study Support if needed Our client, a fantastic growing business based in Preston are looking to add an Assistant Accountant to their team on a permanent basis. Ideally you will be studying AAT or be AAT Qualified with a view to progress onto CIMA/ACCA/ACA, my client will also consider someone with a degree looking to study further. You will be reporting to the Finance Director with a view to fast progression in the next 12 months. Some of the duties are as follows: Role: Purchase ledger Sales ledger Bank reconciliations Balance sheet reconciliations Accruals and prepayments Assisting in the preparation of management accounts Ongoing system and control improvements Maintaining asset registers VAT return preparation Ad-hoc reporting Our client is offering a fantastic benefits package and the chance of fast progression together with a study package.
