An exciting Billings Analyst role has recently arisen at a prosperous business based in their modern offices in Chadderton. In this newly created role, you will ensure that all invoices are raised accordingly, data manipulation and performing in depth analysis. As a Billings Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Producing and delivering invoices to customers in a timely fashion - ensuring the receipt of invoices gives customers enough time to pay within agreed terms Ensuring all billing produced is fully understood and checked before sending Maintaining integrity and confidentiality around all information regarding billing Performing Data Manipulation Liaising with customers to ensure the correct information is received to allow accurate customer set-up Supporting with prices amendments, including having an input during price reviews Ensuring that KPIs are met and maintained Responding to all queries accurately and efficiently As a Billings Analyst, you will have/be: Prior experience working within a billings orientated role Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills A customer focussed approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to organise and manage own workload Able to work to deadlines and manage priorities For more information on this role or other finance-related roles in Manchester, please contact Keifer Power at Robert Walters PLC on or 0161 240 7495.
