I am working with a well-reputed financial services firm looking to recruit a Business Analyst with a strong technical skillset. The firm works with many of the leading investment banks in London to deliver transformational change projects and has a very good work culture, along with attractive benefits and structures. The role will involve requirement gathering and analysis, business process analysis, and function analysis and testing. Alongside that- this role will involve more of a hands-on approach to a BA role than might be typical. The position - they imagine - will involve being a statistical programmer also. Python, R, or similar would be perfect. If you have a good knowledge of financial products, experience in a BA function, and can program in Python or similar, this could be a great step in your career. The firm offers flexible working when possible, a quarterly bonus, and most importantly - a very interesting work environment with plenty to learn and develop your skillset. Compensation is flexible depending on skillset - around £70 000 - £85 000 starting basic, plus the benefits and bonus components.
