The duties of the role are as follows: Preparation of bank reconciliations for multiple entities Preparation of VAT returns for multiple entities Coordination of invoice and purchase order approvals Posting of invoices to the accounting system Processing of payments using online banking Dealing with supplier queries Preparation of journals and other supporting workings for review by the Management Accountant Assisting with monthly balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of credit card reconciliations
