German Speaking Bookkeer - Hertfordshire - c£25,000-£45,000pa Based in Hertfordshire, this ambitious, international business are in the early stages of their development. Therefore a 'hands-on' SME mentality will be essential for this position. The Senior Leadership Team driving this expansion are all highly experienced, successful individuals and this is an early stage, senior, entry-level opportunity into this rapid-growth company. You will mentored and supported by a highly engaging Group Finance Director and given the international nature of the organisations current geographical structure, fluent German language skills are essential. Initially, this position will involve all aspects of the finance function from the day-to-day transactional duties, through to the production of meaningful and commercially useful management information. As the role and business rapidly expand, you will have involvement and responsibility for ensuring robust processes and procedures, systems and reporting improvements and other, value add, financial duties alongside the current Group FD. This vacancy will suit a candidate with strong communication skills as it will be liaising with contacts of varying seniority, including CEO level.
